- Self Assessment - (我只把標準值算出來 還沒有真正自我測量)
BMI值19最魔鬼: 身高157 cm 體重47 kg BMI=19.068
1.體重 ︰身高 - 112 cm = 45 kg (國中之後就沒有45 kg了 餓死我吧!)
2.胸圍 ︰身高 x 0.52 = 81.64 cm
3.腰圍 ︰身高 x 0.37 =58.09 cm
4.腹圍 ︰身高 x 0.457 = 71.75 cm
5.臀圍 ︰身高 x 0.542 = 85.10 cm
6.腿圍 ︰身高 x 0.26 + 7.8 = 48.62 cm
媽呀... 我覺得這套算法太嚴苛了... 哪裡是腹圍 哪裡又是腰圍呀?
如果腰圍是肚臍那一圈的話... 勒死我吧! 58.09 cm?! 參加飢餓三十都不可能變成58.09 cm...

小型骨骼 : 手腕週圍少於13 cm
中型骨骼 : 手腕週圍介乎13 -15 cm (ME! 13.5-14.0 cm)
大型骨骼 : 手腕週圍大於15 cm

Here is the suggestion. Simply don't eat fruit or desserts after 3hours of each meal. I lose more weight by simply doing this routinely.

totally agreed with u... & no double-double coffee or tea too =P H2O is the best drink for us and add a bit of lemon juice in the morning =)
